Hello all

My name is Steve, I live in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire and I'm a level 2 Apprentice Instructor under Michael Wright in Adaptive Martial Concepts.
My background in martial arts before AMC is varied but was predominantly 7* Praying Mantis Kung Fu and Muay Thai.
I work on the doors these days, so as you can imagine, I have a definite interest in 'self protection' and am looking forward to hearing peoples views, theories, technique/training recommendations and stories.

Cheers for the greetings guys and thanks for the invite Dave, I'll have to try and get over to sunny Donny one of these days. As it happens I know Neill as I do one of his mma classes in Caged Steel and teach AMC there, he's a great guy and definitely good with his jitsu.
