    Ok here goes, this is my first visit to the site and the first time signed up for anything like this.

    My name is Sally, I'm 33 and a mother of 5 don't do any form of self defence so far but hope to change that very soon.

    Enjoy having a good chat and a laugh and a joke about just about anything.

    So thats about it so hi to all and hope everyone happy and well. Very Happy
