everyone a good week..

i had a good job today that finished early and payed well..

i got home and the wife and kids were well, dinner was nice, my mum and dad are down with us visiting, i trained well yesterday, ....

just spreading the love....

Nice to hear that Les, I had sardines on toast last night for the first time in ages, Not a gourmet dinner I know, but tasty and nutritious all the same.

How was everyones Weekend?

I travelled up to Paisley at the weekend taught Muay Thai and No Doubt No Fear Seminar for 7 hours the drove back to Birmingham and was teaching the 3rd session of No Doubt No Fear in Nuneaton for 4 hours! Am I ever going to get out on my bike! Great weekend, great people and I slept like the proverbial log on sunday night.

Just been speaking to Nick about the class, he said it was fantastic.

I was relaxing mostly on saturday spending time with Jayne and the kids
then sunday was off to class with Geoff for 4 and a half hours. all in all this weekend went wayyyyy to quickly for me.
