    Hi my name is Paul Oxtoby I have 22 years martial arts experience in Taekwondo and Thai/kickboxing.
    I am a member of the SDF and train with Dave Turton.
    I enjoy all martial arts and SD/SP. Enjoy watching DVDs by Dave T, Geoff T, Rich Dimitri, Bob Spour and Alun Williams.
