Dead or Alive : online

G'day all,
Heres a link to an online version of Geoff Thompson's Dead or Alive.

Most would of read or at least heard about it. it is still one of the best Self Protection texts available. Heres the link, reproduced by Fight Times Magazine (Online) with permission, chapter by chapter:
