Hello welcome and thanks to everyone for joining us here. We all hope we can keep this place positive and respectfull to all. As a mod i'd just like to say if we feel a thread has gone beyond a conclusion and spiraling into the depths of unusefullness we will as a teamdicide that the thread should be locked. Apart from that lets keep this place about self self defence and helpfullness not a place for one upmanship.
    Yours respectfully peter

    Cheers Peter.

Yes, I'd just like to add to that.

We have a good team of admins and moderators on here now.
We also have a growing team of experts all supporting this forum.

Any thread that we think is going beyond what we want to see on this forum will be moved to a holding area where, as a team, the moderators and admins will all decide the next step.
We feel this will help make the forum a fun place to visit but also a fair and unbiased one.

Obviously, anything that contains excessively strong language or isn't suitable for this forum will be immediately removed.

We want to hear everyone's point of view, regardless of background.
Self Protection should be available to all members of society, not just those already participating in a martial arts, and this forum will hopefully reflect that in time.

Take care all and thanks for your participation.

    AL cheers

    Well said Peter and Al,

I am sure that this place will grow to be a positive force within self defence, either about physical, emotional, mental, spiritual or just for advice when starting out.

we can all agree to disagree, but lets keep it civil and enjoy

    Craig
