Hi everyone
My names Steve Friel and have been training in one way or another since i was 10 years of age (i really do need that much practice).I've mainly done kung fu and kickboxing with some amatueur boxing whilst in the Royal Navy.
Been out the force for about six years now and since then starting training at as many different clubs as possible.
Started to read many of geoff thompsons books and found them very inspirational which motivated me to take part in his master classes
although still very keen on the physical side of martial arts i'm now starting to gain a strong interest for the mental side.
Training at different clubs has given me the chance to meet many great people . I've recently started training with Alan Peasland and Mick Tully at their sunday morning class which i cann't recommend enough (learning some great stuff)
That's enough about me hope to see or train with the many great people that use this site.
Steve
