Hi there, my name is Lochie, am 26 and from Derby. I havent got a martial arts background. I am currently in the forces but get out Aug next year, big fan of reality training and good to see a great forum for discussion.

Cheers Mick, i have forwarded details of the forum onto some of the lads at work to have a look at as well. I am fascinated by all the different arts people do on here and cant wait to get back to the UK to get stuck in with it all. We work on a few simple but effective techniques but sometimes feel in lacks added depth.

a very good friend of myself and Al's Maj.Josh Siddiqui
has just returned from Bastion where he was on attachment as a doctor
Keep us posted on how you are doing and stay safe dude
when you get to coventry come and look us up for CSP sunday
special servicemens rates
