Nice of you to take the time and sit down and contribute to our humble place.
Have you worked up yet to your defence against soft fruit or are you still smacking people around with fluffy pillows in your pink slippers, while after landing the finishing blow ( IF you have been training correctly ). then dances around singing and doing the actions to YMCA in the living room while your training partner spits out feathers to sing along with you?
if not, id suggest you start with the to mi to yu kata as you have stated as you seem to know more about that side of training than I. how can this be you may ask? well.... while I do not own pink fluffy slippers, and do not know the above kata I try and stick with training which I know works buddy
if however you know the above kata, can you please post a clip next time you train in the relevant training gear as id love to see you on the feb seminar all ready to go.
please dont turn up dressed like its a pyjama party. with soft fruit in hand thinking you have mastered the basics.
All the best with your training mate, and if you cannot find relevant pillows cushions are a nice alternative, just make sure your partner turns the zip on the said cushion towards them, as we dont want you losing an eye as you will need them both working to see how training is supposed to be done on the 21st.
