    I don't normally post on internet sites but met Mick Tully yesterday and he made me promise I would. He is certainly an unforgettable character.

    I am age 47 and do TKD - I have also done some judo karate kick boxing and boxing and I do the monthly combatives seminars with Lee Morrison.

    Did the new Blood seminar yesterday - it was really good - I have done a few seminars over the years and this was probably the best.
