Due to my wealth of celebrity friends I was able to blag getting Al Peasland on the radio to promote his new book and DVD. Why not listen in to us on 'Absolution with Tim Shaw' on Saturday night between 10pm -1am.

You could even phone in and we can take some of your calls!
