Lads,
The last UC class of the year will take place this Friday (19th) up in my place in Cabra at 8.30pm - 10pm.
Cost €10.

Topics will include;

Drilling the main artillery
(combo drills including palms, elbows, and knees)

Restricted striking
(Developing power from close quarters)

Destroying intention - the importance of mind set

Dealing with multiples

Anerobic combative conditioning.
