thats a really hard question man.
i like the following instructors approach in terms of RBSD itself (based on what i have seen, and info gathered, bearing in mind im yet to train with these guys)
Bob Spour: hard hitting, simple, incredibly effective.
Lee Morisson: great concepts covering all aspects. especially like the state training and cycling methods etc.
Al Peasland: top of the game in pre-fight concepts imo. took what geoff did, applied what he learned himself, and taught from a new perspective.
IMO, if these guys teamed up and sat down to create the ultimate self defence syllabus, it would be extremely hard to match any time soon, and would absolutely be at the forefront of self defence systems/concepts.
