    Hi,

    My name's Danny, I'm 31 and have just (a couple of months ago) started training again after recovering from a six-year bout of excusitis. I train in BJJ in Nottingham (I'm nearly a white belt...) and am doing Geoff's masterclass this year; I think I recognise about half of the names on this forum from last Sundays session!
