First of all ...great forum!
My name is Craig i am a 36 old guy from Portsmouth in England (yes the team that won the FA cup in 2008 he he). Joined because the forum seems so positive and there seems to be some great knowledge on here.
Have trained Judo (BJA) and trained with Lee Morrison (his workshops- fantastic by the way) in the past but have done very little over the past couple of years due to arthritis and a recurring shoulder injury that kind of put the kybosh on stuff. Am (more or less) back to full fitness but a little out shape (working on that).
Self protection and RBSD has always been of great interest to me and i love western combatives. Really looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge on the board.
