    My name is Paul Mitchell but I'm pretty much universally known as Mitch, so please use that Smile

    I'm a 2nd Dan in TKD, although my interests have been more towards how martial arts can be applied to combatives and RBSD in the last few years.

    I've had the pleasure of training with Dave Turton before, and know a number of folks on the board here in cyberspace and many by reputation. It's a pleasure to find so many of you in one place. Smile

    I'm looking forward to getting to know a few more folks and getting the opportunity to train with you in time.
