I gues it all depends what you want to get out of your art.

I'd be keen to know what arts were the foundation for Internal Gate as they mention alot of arts being pulled together to form this new approach.

The site itself looks very smart, if a bit "salesy"

Everything is worth consideration in my opinion.
I personally got a nice vibe from reading the pages so my instinct would tell me it's worth a look - if this is the kind of art and approach to training that you are seeking.

Of course, I could be wrong

Hello all, I actually train already www.enfieldkickboxingacademy.com I do some internal gate when I can as its my girlfriends brother and train with him on a private lesson when I can get up north, thanks for all your feedback anyway

In my opinion the website is awful, the voice intro sounds like he's talking to 5 year olds and is very sickly, there is nothing of substance in the website, the videos show terrible standard martial arts training, there is no proper background of the instructors given, no qualifications, no affiliations, no mention of structure, coaching qualifications, CRB disclosure, insurance, grades in any martial arts, only sales stuff and 'testimonials'.

If they are any good they should shoot their web developer.

Having just had a look at the site I agree with what Steve has just said...I actually thought to myself "What the f**k is this all about"...then I said out Loud "B**LLOCKS!"

I'm sorry but you know I have strong feelings when I smell BS!

BTW what are they attempting to achieve? What is the goal of their students? I do hope its not Self Protection! Could even be a cult!
