    hello all,

I am Gordon, aka Yeti, aka 'its too rude to put on here!'.

I am a 6'3", 18 stone person of Scottish extraction currently living in the delightful city called Coventry, aka Chaventry.

    I had the
    Spoiler:
, sorry, delight of meeting Craig what seems like 10 years ago at a gym. From then on we have been great friends and have had loads of fun in the gym and practising self defence, pp's etc.

We get some strange looks with me being 6'3", 18 stone and Craig being vertically challenged and massedly challenged as he pops one on gb20 and I go for a little afternoon nap.

I have learned so much from him in such a short space of time and it is useful to know as there will always be one nutter who sees me as a challenge and would want to take me on.

Other than that I am a computer and general IT geek!

too many minor sleeps in training I think.

I have told you before, pay attention, have fun, and no catatonic states while training. narcolepsy is not good when training mate, so please try and refrain from falling asleep if you can Wink Shocked Shocked

Here ya go mate, a reminder of training sessions how I see you in action
    Sleep Sleep
