Hello all forum members and non members,my topic is regarding Kevin Houston who use to run the Capital gym in coventry and was featured on kate krays 'Hard Bastards' T.V programme.Does anyone have any info regarding Kevin? Geoff Thompson once described him as the master of the line-up,maybe Al Peasland has any background info/or any ideas on what he is up to these days?

Re: Kevin Houston
Hi Marc
Geoff's probably the best guy to ask about Mr Houston.
All I will say is I used to be close friends with the people who actually DID own the Capital Gym in Longford. Kev had a partnership with these people for a short time with their boxing promotion business, but to the bets of my knowledge, he did not own or have a share in the Gym - this was something told on the Kate Kray show - one that I didn't really watch cos none of that stuff really interests me to be honest.
Kevin certainly was/is a master of the line up. I never worked with him on the doors - he'd pretty much stopped all of that by the time I started working, so I cannot comment from first hand experience.
Anyway, drop us a brief intro mate - good to have you on the forum
Cheers
