    Hi to everyone on the SD forum,

    I did write quite an indepth intro about myself but when i pressed the 'Preview' button it disappeared No so i will have to write it out again,but for now here's a short version-name is Marc and was born 24-11-1978 in london,currently live in sussex after moving from london in aug 2006.started training in trad karate in 1986,stopped in 1990 then in 1994 started training in Tae-Kwon-Do but only lasted nine months because it still didn't have the answers i was looking for.Currently train with a few friends in my garage working on pre-emptive striking,line-up's etc.
