Trevors Dvds are very good mate, I think he said his style is roughly 60% ju jitsu and 40% catch wrestling. If you ever get chance go and train with him, he's one of the funniest and most genuine guys out there.

I had the pleasure of meeting Trevor Roberts at Dave Turtons 60th Birthday Bash and I found him to be a funny and friendly guy.
As yet I have not trained with him (due to injury I missed his seminar at Andy Crittendens place.)
I know Dave rates him as one of the best martial artists he's met and trained with.Other people in the SDF have trained with him and say he's a fantastic instructor.
As for the DVDs the Trev Roberts set is next on my list.
I look at the price at £130 as good value if you consider that if you book a 5 hour private lesson with him or a few seminars it could cost a lot more with travel etc. The good thing is you can also keep watching the DVDs and practising...the downside is you don't get to meet the great man or get him to correct your mistakes Smile
On the SDF winter seminar one of the attendees Liam Spowage videoed it and gave me a copy (Thank You Liam) which was useful as when I watched it back I only remembered about 60% of what we covered that day.

looks pretty good, seen a clip somewhere where he does a strike (slap/headbutt) before a takedown.
