    I am new to this forum and found out about it after attending the ultimate self defence siminar in Wrexham last saturday. My name is Irene and I am 37 years old and have trained in shotokan karate for 26 years and have reached the grade of 2nd dan. Have also done 6 years kickboxing in the past. It's about time I broadened my horizons and have found a new passion for martial arts since attending this seminar. So many inspirational people in one place. Hopefully I will find out about more seminars to attend in the future. Looking forward to it already. flower
