    Just a quick hello,great forum by the way,I find it very informative. Idea
    My name is Gareth Pritchard,3rd dan in Taekwondo. I was at the seminar at Wrexham earlier this year which I found really helpfull with not only self defence but with situation awareness too. Was even better because was only 10 miles away from my house!! Laughing
