    Hi.

    My names Josh, 29 from London. I've been practising a little on my own for a while and now starting to get a bit more serious.

    I've had a couple of lessons from one of the Hock Hockhein instructors, but open to learning from any system. I also do tai chi chuan.

    I've started to get to a place in training where tension drops away and techniques can flow. Looking forward to learning more.
