    Hi all
    Its good to bee here iv been watching from the side lines from day one i thought it was about time i said hello to old and new friends alike.
    For thoes who do not know me I'm rob howden from loughborough iv been training for 20 years plus.
    The forum is shaping up to be big keep it up lads and lasses
