    Hi All

    I have trained on and off in various arts (judo, boxing, karate, thai boxing, kick boxing, combatives) since 1974. I live in the Croydon area. I am now an Urban Combatives instructor under Lee Morrison. I look forward to some good debates and informed input from you guys. Let's keep it positive!!!
