I wanted to join as I found the forum very interesting to read.
Very civilised and many posters who obviously know what they're talking about.

Thank you Al, I have great respect for the martial arts, I have trained a little in a few but never stuck at one for very long unfortunately.

I think alas I'm not one of those people who have natural talent, seems I'm more the sort of person who has to work hard and feel as though I have little to show for it Sad

That said, I'm interested in getting back into some sort of training, Ideally I'd like something that concentrates more on pure self defence though if you know what I mean ?, the sort of thing that is spoken about on this forum.
