Hi,my names matt,i've been skulking in the background for a while and figured it was time to say hello. I've been involved with martial arts for about 20 years having done karate and kickboxing for many years,then getting into kapap,Krav maga and self defence. I teach and train as often as possible even though I'm going to be 40 this year. Please no jokes as I hear enough from the missus about that. I have also worked in security for many years. I'm pleased to meet you all and am looking forward to making some new friends and learning from the wealth of experiance on this site.
