I'm Raily. I'm just a plain guy trying to learn some 'moves' for self-protection. I hope everyone's doing okay.

    hi Raily

    Welcome to the forum
    look forward to your posts

and the best way to learn some 'moves' mate is to be out there practicing and training mate. always best to get into the arena so you can see what its like first hand.

    welcome to the forum.

I agree with craig, best way to learn is to get stuck in there.
There might even be someone on this forum who teaches near you.

    have fun, take care
    Dave.
