Ladies Self-Protection workshop

Hi there,

some time ago you may remember that UC was looking to run a one day 4 hour Combatives workshop for the ladies. Anyway we are looking to do so on May 24th from 12 til 4pm at the St.Mary's Leisure center in Southampton.

The cost for the day is £20 for each student OR couple. That is all ladies are welcome to bring a male practice partner along, be it boyfriend, husband, brother or friend. This is ideal as male energy will be required during the physical side of the drills and it is often better for the ladies to work with someone whom they feel most comfortable.

Outside of this there will be male instructors on hand for anyone deciding to come solo. Details of all topics can be found on www.urbancombatives.com

I'm interested mate and can bring a spectator if that's ok, she's not quite up for 'hands on' at the moment. You can use me as a meat puppet if you like or i'll just sit and watch.
