for anyone that is interested Shane Rigby is now teaching Catch/submision wrestling classes at Fighting For Fitness in Golborne, Wigan

The Class is thursday 8 - 9ish and cost £6 per session.
For those that dont know Shane he has been wrestling for 25 years and was taught catch by Roy Wood, he has trained and fought in Japan with fighters such as Sakuraba and Gary Albright. He was one of the original members of Atherton Submission Wrestling Club and has also achieved the following:
Junior Bronze in British Judo Championships.
Gold medal in North West Judo Championships.
English and British Wrestling Champion.
2 Silver medals in the Commonwealth Games.
British Grand Prix silver medal.
Austrian Open silver medal
Member of Great Britain Olympic Wrestling Team.
Sports scholarship to America.
