I currently train 6 times a week a mixture of cycling, muay thai, weights or just on the bags at my gym. However i never seem to be able to gain muscle mass and after 4 years still resemble a really fast twig. I also have a gluten intolerance so cant eat anything with wheat...
The main problem i find with eating is that i work 12 hour days and only get 20mins to quickly eat a lunch. Does anyone have any ideas on snacks or lunches which are really simple, gluten free and cheap?
Oh and i drank my first raw egg today.....disgusting!!
