    hey

with work being real draining i did not train as much this year, and, when i go on my holiday i can quiet easily sit around the pool allll dayyyyyyyyy, watching my kids of course.

this year the kids are gonna be doing a lot of stuff with there friends so i will have a bit more time on my hands.

i usually go for a run but.........i am away in mallorca for 3 weeks want to use this holiday to kickstart my training again

do you guys do anything when away? and what is good training when equipment is non existant ?

Thought of bands Les? Easy to pack and use [maybe in the apartment].

Swimming is also a good option and you can also squeeze in bodyweight squats, pushups etc.

But don't forget that time for relaxation!!! You've worked hard all year for that break mate!

bands.....yeah....thats a great idea, cheers jimmy.

in Alcudia, mallorca there is a nice mountain...its about a 40 minute hike to the top ( ok its a little mountain Very Happy ) i was gonna hit that then jog down then press ups, sit ups, hindu squats, ..... now i gotta get bands...lol...then fight for the sunbeds and a swim.

was gonna try and get that in before 8.30 am then all day with the family , pool, beach and that stuff

Bodyweight stuff, swimming, running and bands are a great way to get some exercise while away but add loads of variation into your bodyweight stuff. Press up walkouts, towel rows (you need a door handle not a door knob for this one) etc and if you can get enough weight into a suitcase you can do some lifts (upright rows etc) with that too. Dips off the hotel chairs? Odd object training is a good one too if you can find something heavy. I'm not sure I've given you anything new here really, but enjoy your hols anyway mate Smile
