JOINING INSTRUCTIONS

A] TRAINING FEE:

Please pay the £65 booking fee on the day in cash [no cheques].



B] TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION

VENUE: Prescot Leisure Centre, Warrington Road, PRESCOT, Merseyside L35 5AD.

If you are staying at the Travel Inn at Rainhill, please share cars for the journey to the training centre.

C] TIMINGS

Please arrive at 10.00 ready for a 10.15 start, on Saturday 30th August 2008.

We plan to finsh training by 1600 each day.



D] COURSE DINNER

We will be having a group dinner in a Chinese restaurant in Liverpool. You are invited to join us.

Kickpad [if you have one]

Hammerhead target [if you have one]

Mouthguard

Notebook/pen

Water/snack [each day] [Bring lots of water!]

Wood/plastic Training knife.

Boxing gloves [If you have]

Kettlebells and Medicine Balls [if you have]
