Matty Evans and myself will be running a training day on November 29th for anyone who has attended one of our master classes. This training day will include all the best bits from our reality based master classes including, pressure testing, power strikes, basic grappling, motivation, overcoming fear. Spaces will be limited it will be held at the foleshill community centre in Coventry and only cost fifty pounds per person. New dates for our next level one and level two classes will be released soon we expect them to start in January. Because of the extra demand for places we will be making the classes bigger and changing the format.
