It was a great course with the focus always being on effective distilled self protection drills and technniques combined with a constant emphasis/reminder on attitude and intent. The line ups serve to pressure test not only the techniques but the individuals ability under pressure as the attacking methods varied depending on who was in your line up (big, small, medium and the kick ass take names types - they were all in the line ups to test us).

I look forward to USP level 2 and thank you for inviting me to the next levels. I predict you will have massive success with this new and fresh format for self protection.

I would also like to say that it was a great group full of really nice people all willing to work together.

and Craig, how many times mate? i dont like village people. and stop turning up at my place every saturday dressed as the cowboy guy from that group, its quite disturbing. when they said "loud and proud" they didnt mean THAT loud!

Sorry mate, but I was only doing it to help you feel more at home
without the rest of your group. Now that I know it disturbs you in that way, ill let you get back to your own group mate, ill quite happily step down.
