    Hi all

    My name is Mark Richardson.

    I live in Wakefield.

    I'm a third Dan Tae Kwon Do practicioner and full time Instructor.

    I have trainined in many tradional arts including Judo, Mantis Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Kempo, etc.

    Over the last few years I have taken my personal training along the lines of effective self protection.

    I have worked with a few of the guys on this site, and look forward to meeting and training with many more.
