Thats a tough one esther, Also one of my biggest problems too.
Healthy food just does not seem as filling as the crap stuff. a good one that got me back into eating fish was when the miss's done a curried tuna and rice it was loverly, then we tried curried mackerel and that was gorgeous. you can also mix some sweetcorn or garden peas into the rice.
Sometime when I get in late, normally order a snappy tomatoe pizza I'm stopping all that at the moment, so I've been doing things like scrambled egg in the microwave, brocolli, peas and sweetcorn with bit of pepper over the egg only thing is I need alot of it to fill me up so I might be defeating the object.

Can you give a list of ingredients that you like? Gives a bit more scope to the recipe ideas.
Basic quick simple things, look towards thai and asian quisine and adapt the ideas. You'll find most thai dishes have few ingredients, yet are rather filling - and you can always leave out the chillies if they're too much! But admittedly i'm biased towards thai food at the moment. I find chicken, beef, pork or seafood of choice, and rice and lemon grass is the basis for alot of great meals! Hope that helps a bit.
