Free CCMA workshops at MAF-UK!

I and the CCMA team will be teaching two free one hour workshops on 4th and 5th April at the Martial Arts Festival UK in Leicester at 11:15am on both days. We will be coaching an adult workshop on the Saturday in Studio One and an under 15s children's workshop in secondary suite. Please pop along to see what we are up to.
