    On training and the benefits we get as a by product
    That enhance our daily lives

    I have got one...If you need inspiration go out and buy a dvd called man on wire. This documentary film is beautifully shot and told and truly inspiring for anybody who has dreams to achieve. Go Go now!

    If you want unique and different training mehtod look up Hungarian training bags - I am going to make one out of a car tyre inner tube (unless of course my family buys me the real product as a christmas present...Tony.T
