Positive Belief System

I think there is a flaw here.
It talks of a Positive Belief system and then test people by simply getting them to say positive things to themselves. I am great, I am strong, I will win, etc etc
But the emphasis should be on the word BELIEF
Regardless of what your mantra is, unless you have a conviction and a belief that what you are saying IS posible, I very much doubt that a person with low self-esteem would see any benefit.
It's like a sad person saying "I am Happy" with still the grumpiest face and miserable attitude.
It's not enough to just say the words, you have to believe them too. And that's the tricky but also the powerful part.
The belief then becomes easier as you start to see results.
No-one said it was easy and simply repeating a few words is not the magic pill to success.

Intent must surely be the decisive factor in any thought, phrase or action. Without the correct intent it's just an empty mantra with no real substance!
