Hi guys, just thought some of you may be interested in checking out the now world famous Approach system. As taught by the now world famous: Mr Eddie Quinn!

Seriously on the world famous front though, Eddie's just come back from teaching in Bangkok and is now working with the SBS, LAPD and SO19. So therefore I think its something that some of you may be able to integrate The Approach into your training regime........I certainly have!!!
