Introduction and Hello

Hi,

I am 26 and have been training with Tony T & Alan Mac @ Fighting Fit Martial Arts (FFMA) since Sept '07. No previous MA experience but now completely hooked on the journey. We are a MMA club and have had the pleasure of some top guys (most on here!) giving seminars at the club over the last 12 months; Tony Somers, Glen Smith, Alan Peasland, Mark collet & John B Will.

I train 3/4 times a week with the FFMA classes and also like to squeeze a 1-2-1 in with Tony T where possible.

This forum is a smashing idea, and I wish it/you every sucess.

Nice to see another member from FFMA on here, met alan on the first masterclass and realised we had caught up on one of geoffs seminars a couple of years before
