    Hello all.
    I'm John. I am 31 and currently living in Finland. I have been involved in martial arts from a young age and now do MMA at the GB Gym in Helsinki. I am soon starting my own class covering self defence etc and am also in the process of writing a book on the subject. I joined the forum to discuss ideas in training and teaching and to exchange knowledge.
