Another top session was had by all who attended Bob's course on Sun.

The line up at the end with the 3 groups of 10 was a cracking drill and really made you switch on.

It was great to put faces to names of this forum, cant wait til the next one. Very Happy

    Hi

Yes it was a great session.

Tim, Karma, I am not sure if I already trained or spoke to you guys. Maybe we can partner up next session.

    Kind Regards,

Tim is spot on with his comments - it was an awesome session Bob with lots of depth not breadth – which I realise is a key factor in the way you structure your self protection classes – thanks for all your guidance and patience with all the questions

    Regards,
    Tony. T
