Hello from sunny Canada!!!! and FFMA!!!!

Well we made it at last!!! Great flight!! Very warm weather here.Jetlag is a problem though, but that has enabled us to see some amazing sunrises.There are resident humming birds!! Perfect!!!!Plenty to do, places to visit, or shopping!! I cant say im missing the rain and cloud in the uk though!! I do miss my FFMA mates and also miss and wonder what exercises Tony has tried and tested!!!! Thinking of you all, Esther

Hi Guys,Girls!! Thanks for your replies. Today is another glorious day,9am, just had breakfast.Im on the top of a mountain, which is where we are staying.We went to the top of 2 other mountains yesterday.The hot tub is on and the wine is flowing!!!Amazing!!! Sunrise and sunset is like being on top of the world as we are so high up!!!! perfect!!! be in touch again, Esther
