My report on our latest grading and workshop report, featuring Richard Barnes and Rob Higgs (of "What Have I Ever Done to You" and "The Boy in the Photograph" fame):

Some of you may not be aware, but my gradings are a run a little differently than most clubs. Because I am keen to keep my system open, adaptable and its training methods transparently effecient I invite respected peers from our business to oversee my gradings. So far CCMA gradings have been peer reviewed by the likes of Iain Abernethy, Mo Teague, Al Peasland and Tony Somers. We have no techniques in our syllabus all I am interested in being assessed is attitude and common sense.
