I have my kickboxing grading in over a month, And I want to do really well and try and pass, is there any tips for me to do well basing on someones experience on gradings? What should I focus on perhaps power or techniques I hope this question makes sense?

Just aim to do exactly what your examiner wants. It's a simple thing but I'm constantly amazed at how many people do what they think, or what someone else has told them to do - or another instructor and are then surprised when they fail. Find out what the examiner wants and just do that.

Just remember that, if your instructor has put you forward for your grading, it is most likely that you are already at the level required to pass.

You'll be great and as Peter said, enjoy it.
Some of the scariest and most memorable times during my early Karate years was the gradings. Have fun.

Above all, do your best, show enthusiasm, show good attitude and respect.

Oh - and don't forget to tell us how you got on.

    Best of luck
