Hi everyone,
Just got back from a cracking couple of weeks out on the west coast of America. Started off in Vegas (Adult Disney!) and was lucky enough to train at Randy Coutures gym.
Turned up and was a really friendly place, was greeted and had the class timetable shown to us then the man himself appered, what a presence he has. Cool guy and so down to earth (as with all the best).
Dennis Davis one of his pro fighters was our instructor and what a session he did, I was tapping out every 30 seconds from positions i did not know my body would go into!! He was a great instructor and I would recommend if you are over that part of the world make a bee line for Extreme Couture. 10 out of 10!!!
