Well firstly my name is not Tigger – my parents where not that cruel! But I have an odd love of Winnie the pooh :-)

Anyway moving quickly on… Al P made me aware of this site and I promptly did what I was told and registered ;-)

I am entering my 3rd year of learning JKD under AMC (headed up by Mr Michael Wright), in November 2007 I was made a candidate instructor under AMC which was a real honour for me.

This year I have just completed a real ambition of training with the awesome Geoff Thompson in his Self protection master class and I am still amazed that I passed! I am now lucky enough to be carrying on training with Geoff and hopefully getting good in someway!

I have also had the huge honour of now training 121 with Al P – the poor poor man! And hope to join the Sunday class when it’s up and running.

I am really looking forward to talking to like minded people, learning from you, supporting and helping each other.

but we managed our 1000 punches drill ok was good fun too.
